ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చే విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుండి ఒకటో తరగతి నుండి ఐదవ తరగతి వరకు ఇంగ్లీష్ మీడియం బోధించాలని నిర్ణయించింది దీనికనుగుణంగా ఉపాధ్యాయులకు శిక్షణ ఇవ్వటానికి ఇప్పటికే ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తున్నది అలాగే ఒక వైపు ఇంగ్లీష్ మీడియం పుస్తకాలను కూడా రూపొందిస్తూ వర్క్ షాపులు నిర్వహిస్తుంది.
ఇంగ్లీష్ మీడియం పాఠశాలలో బోధించిన ఉపాధ్యాయులకు శిక్షణ ఇవ్వడానికి డిస్ట్రిక్ట్ రిసోర్స్ పర్సన్ నుండి దరఖాస్తులు ఆహ్వానిస్తుంది ఆసక్తి గల అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు
రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా మూడు వేల మంది DRP లాను ఎంపిక చేస్తారు వీరిలో మండలానికి నలుగురు చొప్పున ఎంపిక చేసి వీరికి CBT టెస్ట్ ద్వారా మరియు వీరి ఇంగ్లీష్ సామర్థ్యం ఆధారంగా ఎంపిక చేస్తారు
ఈ మూడు వేల మంది DRP లకు జిల్లాల వారీగా డివిజన్ స్థాయిలో 21 జనవరి 2020 నుండి 25 జనవరి 2020 వరకు శిక్షణ ఇస్తారు ఈ శిక్షణ పూర్తయిన తర్వాత వీరికి ఆన్లైన్ పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారు ఈ పరీక్ష నందు ఆశించిన సామర్థ్యం సాధించలేని వారి స్థానంలో కొత్త వారిని నియమిస్తారు
ఎంపిక కాబడిన DRP లు వారి జిల్లాలో డివిజన్ స్థాయి మరియు మండల స్థాయిలో ఉపాధ్యాయులకు శిక్షణ ఇవ్వాల్సి ఉంటుంది
ఎలా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి?
ఆసక్తి గల అభ్యర్థులు 14 డిసెంబర్ 2019 నుండి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు డిసెంబర్ 27వ తేదీన దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్న వారికి పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారు ఫలితాలు 31 డిసెంబర్ 2019 న విడుదల చేస్తారు

Application Process for English medium teacher training DRP:
- Interested teachers are requested to apply online for English Proficiency Test for selection of English Language Resource Persons between 14th December 2019 to 22nd December 2019 through https://cse.ap.gov.in/DSE/teachersCorner.do, the computer
- the based test shall be conducted in all the districts.
- Hall tickets will be issued to the candidates based on the data furnished Online. Hence the mere issue of Hall tickets or writing of examination does not confer any right regarding eligibility.
- Candidate applying must be fully qualified for the position.
- Mode of selection, the pattern of examination including duration, total marks, and qualification marks and other procedures will be indicated separately.
- The syllabus/topic given is only suggestive/indicative but not exhaustive.
